Attir\u00e9 par la cr\u00e9ation et le plaisir qu\u2019elle lui procure, il rentre \u00e0 Ferrandi, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 23 ans, o\u00f9 il aura une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation : il mettra sa vie au service de la table et de ses clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il redouble d\u2019efforts pour s\u2019affirmer et faire sa place dans le monde de la cuisine : en 2004, il entre au Taillevent (alors 3 \u00e9toiles Michelin), sous la houlette d\u2019Alain Soliv\u00e9r\u00e8s, qui devient alors son mentor et le marque \u00e0 jamais. Il y apprend la rigueur d\u2019un restaurant triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9, o\u00f9 les assiettes allient perfection visuelle et alchimie des saveurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2006, il rejoint Yannick All\u00e9no et prend part \u00e0 l\u2019aventure d\u2019un palace, au Meurice (3 \u00e9toiles Michelin), en tant que chef de partie \u2013 o\u00f9 l\u2019excellence, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la ma\u00eetrise de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise fa\u00e7onnent le chef.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2010, il part ensuite \u00e0 New York chez Daniel Boulud au sein du restaurant Daniel (3 \u00e9toiles Michelin). Il d\u00e9couvre aussi une ville en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9bullition, o\u00f9 la cuisine se r\u00e9invente chaque jour, surprend et compl\u00e8te son exp\u00e9rience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2016, le chef ouvre son premier restaurant : \u2018\u2018Tomy &amp; Co\u2019\u2019.  Tomy \u00e9crit alors une nouvelle page de sa carri\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, il re\u00e7oit le prix Tremplin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e par le magazine Le Chef.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2017,  il remporte le prix Lebey de la meilleure entr\u00e9e avec la langue de boeuf en fine tartelette gribiche et navet marin\u00e9, graines de moutarde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2018, Micael Morais directeur du restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomygousset.com\/tomy-and-co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tomy&amp;co<\/a>, associ\u00e9 et sommelier arrive finaliste au concours Master of Port.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2018, il ouvre son deuxi\u00e8me restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomygousset.com\/hugo-and-co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hugo&amp;co<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2019, le restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomygousset.com\/hugo-and-co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hugo&amp;co<\/a> re\u00e7oit le prix du meilleur Bistro de l\u2019ann\u00e9e il obtient aussi sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile au guide Michelin pour le restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomygousset.com\/tomy-and-co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tomy&amp;co<\/a>. Il d\\u00e9couvre aussi une ville en perp\\u00e9tuelle \\u00e9bullition, o\\u00f9 la cuisine se r\\u00e9invente chaque jour, surprend et compl\\u00e8te son exp\\u00e9rience.<\\\/span><\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p style=\\\"padding-left: 50px; padding-right: 50px; padding-top: 10px;\\\"><span style=\\\"color: #000000;\\\">En 2016, le chef ouvre son premier restaurant : \\u2018\\u2018Tomy &amp; Co\\u2019\\u2019.
